Illustration Friday has a challenge every week. This week is Garden. If I felt better I would do a different kind of work … but I am still not that great. So here is my Bubble Garden with the Guardian Bubbles watching over the little ones. I bet you never knew before how I grew all those bubbles for my projects! She insisted I take a cough medicine that the asthma specialist said I should never take … and it shut down my breathing … thought I would have to go to the ER. I have been calling this series of bubblescapes digital paintings … I think digital can be paintings too. I did not mean to mislead anyone into thinking these are created with a physical paint brush. In my mind the incredible program Painter has made digital painting a reality. These are not done on Painter. Illustration Friday has a challenge every week. This week is Choose. My painting is in honor of Robert Frost’s poem, “The Road Not Taken.” That poem moved me a lot in the 6th grade.
