E-F-G Challenge

Each week Carolien and I put out a challenge for folks to make their representation of our idea. This week is the Weekly Challenge #98: Tangle with E-F-G. So here is what we say this week “This week is Challenge #98, the Alphabet challenge of E, F & G. Use tangles starting with the letters E, F & G in your drawing. It’s your choice to only use patterns with these letters or to add some others as well. Happy Tangling!! We look forward to seeing what you come up with for your E, F & G.” Thus this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using tangles that start with the letters E, F & G.

Zentangle Enticed Me

So above is my Challenge ZIA.  I am excited that Carolien and I now realize we can make the thumbnails bigger!!  We are hoping others will join us again now that we are back on track!! This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected!!!  Do you like the one in colored pencil?  I totally love the flower in the bottom right corner.  I like that flower better uncolored. This pink and green is because on our TV there is a screen saver that is totally pink and green. It is a park in the spring – with tree blossoms, flowers and much more.   🙂  🙂 🙂

Which Tangle is Which?

Felbrigg is that incredible flower, surrounded by leaves in the bottom right corner.  To me this tangle is amazing!!  Gum Leaves is the leaves hanging from the top left corner. Elfhat is the 4 little red and pink hats that elves could wear. El Prado is the alternating pink and green swirls through the center – on the diagonal from bottom left to top right. Flos is the stem with green leaves tucked between El Prado and Elfhat. Fescu is the little stems between Felbrigg and Elfhat. FEDR is the 3 stems that spring from the bottom left, intertwining with Elfhat.   🙂 🙂 There you have it!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
