M-H-S Challenge

Each week Carolien and I put out a challenge for folks to make their representation of our idea. This week is the Weekly Challenge #59: Tangle with M-H-S. So here is what we say this week “This week is Challenge #59, the Alphabet challenge of M-H-S. Use tangles starting with the letters M, H & S in your drawing. It’s your choice to only use patterns with these letters or to add some others as well. Happy Tangling!! We look forward to seeing what you come up with for your M, H & S.” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using tangles that start with the letters M, H & S.

Zentangle Enticed Me

Zentangle has become popular the last several years and I have been intrigued and putting my attention to it. So above is my M-H-S Challenge ZIA. Here is the one that is colored and the one that is just lines 🙂 🙂 What do you think? Do you like it? Which one do you prefer? I am still very sick – this makes over 9 weeks now – I have pneumonia – I hope I am on the mend at last!!! 🙂 🙂 This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected!! .. there is now one more painting project and we are going to put the big project aside for now. 🙂 Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!! I will catch up on our challenges 🙂 🙂

Which Tangle is Which?

Sekips is the plants at the bottom right corner and the bottom left corner.  HeartLine is the lines of hearts in the upper right corner and near the bottom left corner.  Morning Glory is the flowers in the middle.  🙂 🙂 There you have it!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
