B-P-U Challenge

Each week Carolien and I put out a challenge for folks to make their representation of our idea. This week is the Weekly Challenge #60: Tangle with B-P-U. So here is what we say this week “This week is Challenge #60, the Alphabet challenge of B-P-U. Use tangles starting with the letters B, P & U in your drawing. It’s your choice to only use patterns with these letters or to add some others as well. Happy Tangling!! We look forward to seeing what you come up with for your B, P & U.” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using tangles that start with the letters B, P & U.

Zentangle Enticed Me

Zentangle has become popular the last several years and I have been intrigued and putting my attention to it. So above is my B-P-U Challenge ZIA. Here is the one that is colored and the one that is just lines 🙂 🙂 What do you think? Do you like it? Which one do you prefer? After 3 months of being sick, I hope I am ok enough to participate in my weekend plans 🙂 🙂 This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected!! .. there is now one more painting project and we are going to put the big project aside for now. 🙂 Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!! I will catch up on our challenges 🙂 🙂

Which Tangle is Which?

Plum Leaf is in the bottom right corner.  Bluebonnets is in the bottom middle and the top right.   Uncorked is in the bottom right and top left.  Poke Leaf is the pointed mushrooms int the top middle and Poke Root is the rounded mushrooms in the top middle.  🙂 🙂 There you have it!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
