L-P-N Challenge

Each week Carolien and I put out a challenge for folks to make their representation of our idea. This week is the Weekly Challenge #38: Tangle with L-P-N. So here is what we say this week “This week is Challenge #38, the Alphabet challenge of L-P-N. Use tangles starting with the letters L, P & N in your drawing. It’s your choice to only use patterns with these letters or to add some others as well. Happy Tangling!! We look forward to seeing what you come up with for your L, P & N.” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using tangles that start with L, P & N.

Zentangle Enticed Me

Zentangle has become popular the last several years and I have been intrigued and putting my attention to it. I put my name with a © more prominently to protect my work. So above is my L-P-N Challenge ZIA. 🙂 what do you think? Do you like it? I’ve noticed my gardens have been heading toward winter like we are 🙂 (in the northern hemisphere) 🙂 :)  This looks like winter to me … and it seemed to me to want to stay white rather than color :)  🙂 Do you like the shading?  This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected!! Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!! 🙂 🙂

Which Tangle is Which?

Loops ‘n Leaves is the 2 vines that are poking out from the upper left corner.  Poke Leaf is in the upper right corner. A variation Poke Root is in the bottom right corner,  Nerfy is in the bottom left corner. Tipple fills in around Poke Root and Poke Leaf.   🙂 🙂 There you have it!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

My Studio and Thank You!

I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and now only a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – but the rest is organized!! (My studio always gets filled up when there are projects in the house that need a place to dump a bunch of stuff for awhile!! LOL!!)
