H-W-N Challenge: Hippie Flower, Wist, Nerfy

H-W-N Challenge

Each week Carolien and I put out a challenge for folks to make their representation of our idea. This week is the Weekly Challenge #34: Tangle with H, W & N. So here is what we say this week “This week is Challenge #34, the Alphabet challenge of H-W-N. Use tangles starting with the letters H, W & N in your drawing. It’s your choice to only use patterns with these letters or to add some others as well. Happy Tangling!! We look forward to seeing what you come up with for your H, W & N.” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using tangles that start with H, W & N.

Zentangle Enticed Me

Zentangle has become popular the last several years and I have been intrigued and putting my attention to it. I put my name with a © more prominently to protect my work. Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate.  Also let us pause and give great thanks to the Native Americans (Indians, depending on where you live) who welcomed us to share their land.  I encourage all to give Indians blessings and strength in their struggles to regain certain lands.  Might be a good idea to welcome others as so many of us were welcomed.

So above is my H-W-N Challenge ZIA. 🙂 what do you think? Do you like it? 🙂 🙂 I am recovering from a pretty hard couple of months … digging in for more hard things but not quite so intense all at once 🙂 🙂 This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected!! Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!! 🙂 🙂

Which Tangle is Which?

Hippie Flower is the tall flower on the left.  Nerfy is the little beginnings of ferns on the bottom right and center.  Wist is all the vines hanging down. 🙂 🙂 There you have it!! 🙂 🙂 🙂

My Studio and Thank You!

I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and now only a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – but the rest is organized!! (My studio always gets filled up when there are projects in the house that need a place to dump a bunch of stuff for awhile!! LOL!!)
