Stones and Ceremony: creative
Stones and Ceremony Challenge
Each week the Diva puts out a challenge for folks to make their representation of her idea. This week is the Weekly Challenge #241: “Guest post “Stones and Ceremony”. So here is what the guest poster, Paula Bramante, says this week “I love Zentangle because it has nothing to do with verbal language. I also love it, paradoxically, because it has given me another language, a visual language, that allows me to communicate feelings and concepts long hidden since childhood. For me, Zentangle is very much like those strange patterns that Helen Keller felt being drawn in her palm by Ann Sullivan. Keller could think, but she had no language to organize her ideas until Sullivan succeeded, most brilliantly, in getting through to her and making her understand that real things in the world were paired with symbols. … My current fascination is with stones and ceremony. … I invite you to trust in your intuition as you move toward your own vision of stones and ceremony with pen in hand and blank tile before you.” So this is a little ZIAs (Zentangle Inspired Art) using Stones and Ceremony.
Zentangle Enticed Me
Zentangle has become popular the last several years and I have been intrigued and putting my attention to it. I put my name with a ΓΒ© more prominently since some folks’ zentangles are getting stolen and printed on posters and such. I am still doing better at and staying in the flow!!! A lot is up in the air π π I had fun with this after I thought of a direction.ΓΒ :)ΓΒ Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. π π π
Which Tangle is Which?
This is not a real tangle that I am aware ofΓΒ π π There you have it!! π

My Studio and Thank You!
I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – and more stuff is dumped in there from the holidays!! (My studio always gets filled up when there are projects in the house that need a place to dump a bunch of stuff for awhile!! NOW with all the repair work to come, there will be more dumping!! LOL!!) But even my studio got damaged π Thank you for stopping by!! I LOVE comments!! Thank you!! ~ Diane Clancy
