New to Me D, Artist Focus Sandy Hunter Challenge
SuzyMosh Creations puts out a challenge for folks to make a representation of “That’s New to Me!” This week is the SuzyMosh Creations – New to Me D. Suzy says “I will post each Sunday a randomly selected letter that your new pattern has to start with. If you feel adventurous, use more than one new pattern that starts with that letter. … Remember that these need to be patterns you’ve never drawn before. You may use any other patterns that you wish in your drawing. You must use at least one New to Me pattern starting with the letter D. D is a repeat, so we have an an Artist Focus this week on Sandy Hunter! Along with the random letter you’ll chose one pattern by that artist. You must use at least one pattern from Sandy Hunter in your drawing.” So this is a ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using New to Me D plus a Sandy Hunter tangle.
Zentangle Enticed Me
Zentangle has become popular the last several years and I have been intrigued and putting my attention to it. I have been noticing it and wanting to try it – so this is the time!! π π So above is my New to Me D and Sandy Hunter Zentangle Tangle ZIA. The tangle New to Me D is Delph. π π This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected!! The wheelchair ramp is finished – so that is real progress!! Still a ton left to do!! Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks!! That means a lot to me!!
Which Tangle is Which?
Cruffle is the chandelier hanging in the top middle – though what a chandelier is doing in a garden I have no idea.ΓΒ So it must be wind chimes instead.ΓΒ Izland Flower is the flowers on a vine across the top.ΓΒ Delph is the blossoms of 2 plants that go upwards with petals.ΓΒ Tree-Three is the 4 little things that have parallel bodies on each side of a space.ΓΒ There you have it!! π
Diane & CarolienΓ’β¬β’s Weekly Zentangle Challenge

My Studio and Thank You!
I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and now only a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – but the rest is organized!! (My studio always gets filled up when there are projects in the house that need a place to dump a bunch of stuff for awhile!! LOL!!) Now with all the repair work my studio is getting filled up again. π Thank you for stopping by!! I LOVE comments!! Thank you!! ~ Diane Clancy

I was going to say that the Cruffle in the centre reminded me of s chandelier but then as I read down I saw that you had intended to look like that lol. Clever idea
I hadn’t planned that, Yorkshire!! It just sort of happened – since I was inspired by one of hers, not surprising!! π π Thank you!
Love it!
Thank you so much, Susan!! π π
