F-M-T Challenge: Flitter, Morning Glories, Tree-Three, Thing in the Middle of a Thing
Each week Carolien and I put out a challenge for folks to make their representation of our idea. This week is the Weekly Challenge #11: Tangle with F-M-T. So here is what we say this week “This week is Challenge #11, the Alphabet challenge of F-M-T. Use tangles starting with the letters F, M & T in your drawing. It’s your choice to only use patterns with these letters or to add some others as well. Happy Tangling!! We look forward to seeing what you come up with for your F, M & T” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using tangles that start with F, M & T.
Zentangle Enticed Me
Zentangle has become popular the last several years and I have been intrigued and putting my attention to it. So above is my F-M-T Challenge ZIA. 🙂 what do you think? 🙂 🙂 This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected!! Well, between having to fix the foundation, the roof and lots and lots inside, the summer is not going to be what I had hoped for – but got the ball rolling on some of it (my part anyway) so now I need to find a way to get back in the flow!!! Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!! 🙂 🙂
Which Tangle is Which?
Flitter is the 3 upside down dandelion seeds floating in the top half. Morning Glories is the 3 flowers in the middle of this tile, with leaves on their vines. Tree-Thing is the 4 things at the bottom of the tile – that are standing upright (basically) and have 3 puffs on each side of the stem. Thing in the Middle of a Thing is the 4 sets of flying triangles with 3 flowers popping out of the middle. 3 Thing in the Middle of a Thing are in the middle top half and one is in the bottom right corner. There you have it!! :) :) 🙂
Diane & Carolien’s Weekly Zentangle Challenge
My friend Carolien and myself felt the need for having an extra Zentangle Challenge each week. Come join us in the fun!! Details at Diane & Carolien’s Weekly Zentangle Challenge.
I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and now only a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – but the rest is organized!! (My studio always gets filled up when there are projects in the house that need a place to dump a bunch of stuff for awhile!! LOL!!) We got more estimates of more stuff that needs to be done and it is daunting!!! 🙂 Thank you for stopping by!! I LOVE comments!! Thank you!! ~ Diane Clancy
