G-H-IÂ Challenge: Gewgle, Hippie Flower, Hepmee, Inapod
Each week Carolien and I put out a challenge for folks to make their representation of our idea. This week is the Weekly Challenge #3: Tangle with G-H-I. So here is what we say this week “This week is Challenge #3, the Alphabet challenge of G-H-I. Use tangles starting with the letters G, H & I in your drawing. It’s your choice to only use patterns with these letters or to add some others as well. Happy Tangling!! We look forward to seeing what you come up with for your G, H & I” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using tangles that start with G, H & I.
Zentangle Enticed Me
Zentangle has become popular the last couple of years and I have been intrigued and just starting put my attention to it. Spring is pretty much here!!! :) 🙂 So above is my G-H-I Challenge ZIA. 🙂 This is the first time that I combined, bold graphic, pop of color and shading. I am pretty excited!! This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected!! Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!!
Which Tangle is Which?
Gewgle is the stones at the bottom. Hippie Flower is the 2 stems of flowers – one to the right and one to the left.  Inapod is the 4 flowers in the middle with a line of peas in the middle of each one. Hepmee is the spider webs – 3 near the top left and one near the bottom right. There you have it!! 🙂
Diane & Carolien’s Weekly Zentangle Challenge
My friend Carolien and myself felt the need for having an extra Zentangle Challenge each week. Come join us in the fun!! Details at Diane & Carolien’s Weekly Zentangle Challenge.
I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and now only a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – but the rest is organized!! (My studio always gets filled up when there are projects in the house that need a place to dump a bunch of stuff for awhile!! LOL!! The leaks have stopped for the moment so my studio is getting a little cleared 🙂 Thank you for stopping by!! I LOVE comments!! Thank you!! ~ Diane Clancy
