Tangles That Start With P-Q-R Challenge
Each week Artful Creations puts out a challenge for folks to make their representation of her idea. This week is the Tangles That Start With P-Q-R. So here is what Artful Creations says this week “Tackle It Tuesday, Tangles That Start With P-Q-R. You may use all or as many as you choose.” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using tangles that start with P-Q-R.
Zentangle Enticed Me
Zentangle has become popular the last couple of years and I have been intrigued and just starting put my attention to it. The last 3 weeks have been very stressful with snow and cold related issues – but I know we are not alone!! 2 new leaks started in the last 2 days 🙂 And of course this would be the time some family issues were very involving!! 🙂 So above is my Tangles That Start With P-Q-R Zentangle Tangle ZIA. This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected! I have this sort of feeling in my body and mind and I strive to put it on paper 🙂 Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!!
Which Tangle is Which?
The Queen’s Crown is in the upper left – I bet you already guessed that one! Also the Peacock Plant near the bottom left might be sort of obvious. The Queen of Hearts is the row of hearts on the bottom. Parteh is the ice cream cone on the upper right. Reflections is the line with arches up and down from the middle left to near the bottom right. Roids is the marble between Parteh, Queen’s Crown and Reflections. Roids is also the marble between Reflections, Queen of Hearts and the Peacock Plant. The third Roids is the marble near the left middle of the tile. There you have it!! 🙂
I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and now only a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – but the rest is organized!! (My studio always gets filled up when there are projects in the house that need a place to dump a bunch of stuff for awhile!! LOL!!) Thank you for stopping by!! I LOVE comments!! Thank you!!! ~ Diane Clancy
