Dust Bunny Challenge
Each week Joey puts out a challenge for folks to make their representation of her idea. This week is the joey’s weekly tangle challenge #54. So here is what Joey says this week “With Easter coming up I’m wondering how many of you have begun the annual ritual of “Spring Cleaning“? I’ve started a few jobs . . . but what can I say, I’d rather be drawing!
So this week I’m challenging you to tangle with a dust bunny (in one form or another!) Just one guideline to keep it simple.” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using Dust Bunny!!
Zentangle Enticed Me
Zentangle has become popular the last couple of years and I have been intrigued and just starting put my attention to it. So it looks like Spring may be coming soon here :)Â :)Â So above is my Dust Bunny Zentangle Tangle ZIAs. This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected! Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!!
Which Tangle is Which?
The Dust Bunny is the two big pink spirals with dust all around the edge too … the center of this tangle. The Dust Bunny is in the upper left corner and near the right middle. Then the rest of flowers, leaves and nature …. not sure if they are the cause of the dust or the antidote :) The Vigne is the orange and pink spiky flowers on the bottom with fan type leaves. The Half Flowers is the green leaves dancing vertically in the left half plus in a couple of other places such as the right and left middles. The B’Dylan is the dandelion looking flowers – at least one comes out from each side. There are 3 B’Dylan hanging down from the top. Zinger is all the rest – the little mushrooms popping up everywhere :) There you have it!! 🙂
I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and now only a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – but the rest is organized!! (My studio always gets filled up when there are projects in the house that need a place to dump a bunch of stuff for awhile!! LOL!! And with all the leaks – it is a LOT!!)Â But the leaks have slowed down so I have gotten a couple of things cleared out :)Â :)Â Thank you for stopping by!! I LOVE comments!! Thank you!! ~ Diane Clancy
