Each week Joey puts out a challenge for folks to make their representation of her idea. This week is the joey’s weekly tangle challenge #46. So here is what Joey says this week “Now that we’ve flipped the calendar (again!) into the chilly month of February I’m going to try to heat it up with some LOVE! Let’s use some tangles with ‘heart’y names. I often suggest that you visit the excellent websiteTanglePatterns.com when you are looking for tangle ideas. There, I found five tangles with the word “heart” in them:
Heartline
Heartvine
Heartstrings
Heartrope
Hearty
Choose a string that fits your mood and use whichever of the above heart tangles that make you happy. If you know of another tangle with the word heart in it’s name, please mention it in the comments.” So this is a little ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) using HeartLine – I love this tangle.
Zentangle Enticed Me
Zentangle has become popular the last couple of years and I have been intrigued and just starting put my attention to it. I am able to be more in the flow again – whew! So above are my Hearty Zentangle Tangle ZIAs. This – of course – went in a very different direction than expected! Thank you to everyone who made comments on my posts these last weeks. That means a lot to me!!

HeartLine is the strings of hearts all over the place. I am going to let you figure out the rest (I forget some of the names). I may try some of the other Hearty ones another time :) There you have it!! 🙂
I am organizing my studio again to be able to work and now only a table has tons of stuff dumped on it – but the rest is organized!!
