Illustration Friday has a challenge every week. This week is Island. This Island is beautiful in my opinion.  I would love to go there about now – as long as my work load doesn’t keep piling up!!!  Of course, as always, Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.   Illustration Friday is a great way to showcase your work and a wonderful opportunity to meet lots of wonderful people! Island

Sometimes Island is lonely

Sometimes being alone is

A Relief!!!

Othertimes it is

Sad and Lonely

None of is really an Island

We are all interconnected

That is the truth and reality

We are also connected

To the Earth 

And the Universe too!

None of us are alone

None of us is an Island

Even if it sometimes 

Feels that way

Reach out 

If lonely

Take the space

And rejuvenate 

If overwhelmed

(Would that I would listen)

Then one comes into 

Balance,

Around the issue of

Island.
