Winter Silence to Relieve the Heat — 8 Comments

  1. My dear Diane, sorry that you feel blue. Like Irene and the rest of the gang, I can never imagine you hurting anyone. You are kindness personified! If someone got hurt, it must have been a misunderstanding, I am sure. What are good friends if they cannot get past mis-communication. I hope all will be resolved soon. The main thing is that you should not agonize over the reaction of someone else. If they know you well, they should know that you are a very gentle and compassionate person. I can attest to that anytime!

I have not been able to log on to your site (only the feed) from here. It takes forever, I guess it happened last time too when I was in Beirut…Anyway, please know that I think of you often even if I don’t “visit.” Things are okay here, it’s been very very overwhelming to say the least. I am looking forward to going home to Austin by end of August.

    Lots of love and kisses

  2. A thoughful piece for those of you enjoying sunshine, it is raining here lol

I agree, it must have been unintentional. Let me write her a comment and then she will understand what real rudeness can be LOL

  3. Delightfully refreshing! I feel cooler just looking at this lovely piece.

I am still wincing over a comment I made several weeks ago, an innocent thing, no intention to hurt anyone’s feelings. This was in person, and I could see right away I’d hit a sore spot. It’s hard getting past things like this, but forgive ourselves we must!

  4. Diane,
I love your bubble art, and this piece I think is my favorite so far. Love the blue and gold. It just seems to shine within.
Hope everything ends up ok, we all stick our foot in our mouths sometimes.
    Hugs,
