Sharing Responsibility
Today the Artists of Franklin County had our monthly meeting. Â I am delighted that the group is ready to take more ownership of the group by sharing the tasks. Â I am very relieved. Â For over a year and a half I have basically held the group together until things really gelled. Â I am thrilled that the last 6 months or so new people have joined and have become involved and committed. Now we are taking concrete steps so that several of us are taking and sharing responsibility. Â Yippee!!Â

More good news – today in an online group where I am a moderator, someone else has stepped up to take great leadership. I am so happy that I can stop trying to figure out how to make this online group streamlined and functioning well. Â
Once I read, “If you are smart enough to make yourself indispensable, then you are smart enough how to make yourself dispensable.” So I am feeling better but I still have too much responsibility and I am trying – responsibly – to streamline my commitments. Â I am still fairly tired. Â Thank you for stopping by!!!

You try so very much to keep everything going. You’re like a juggler trying to keep everything in the air. I understand your motivation, but take some steps back. Are you afraid there will be nothing unless you do it?
Take care of yourself, big hug!
You have had serious health problems and it must be very difficult to do all these other committments too.
I love this mauve lattice collage. It is very original.
Glad to hear this Diane, your virtual friends worry that you do too much and take responsibility for stuff someone else should do. Go girl. Hope you are well.
the artwork is gorgeous.
