Illustration Friday – Baby
Illustration Friday has a challenge every week. This week is Baby. Here is my Bubble Garden with the Guardian Bubbles watching over the little babies. I bet you never knew before how I grew all those bubbles for my projects! Illustration Friday is a great way to showcase your work and a wonderful opportunity to meet lots of wonderful people! I encourage you to check it out! Lots of fun people and paintings!

Baby
An endearment …Â
I love you, Baby
An Insult
You are a cry baby!
A compliment (sort of anyway)
You are a babe!
Baby
The young of any species
The ones that allow
A family or species to survive
Into the next generation
Delightful, loved, beloved, wonderful
Sometimes
A burden, aggravation, a bother
Chosen, unchosen
Fun and fretful
Scary to care for sometimes
When you don’t know
What’s wrong
But, let them smile,
And OH
Hearts Melt!!
I wonder if theseÂ
Bubble Guardians
Have theÂ
Joy and Aggravation
Of human guardians.
Baby, I call my grown daughter, baby
And my partner, baby.
Mostly, a term of connection and endearment for me!

I am interested to see the bubble babies LOL
These bubbles are cute and round, not unlike real babies. But the Mum and Dad have their hands full!
Great artwork and poem. I love mixing media that way. Gives more bang for the audiences buck, not that this gorgeous work needs anymore bang, but we still appreciate the extra effort 😉
I love that artwork. It is such a good use of colors. My daughters room is painted almost the same color as that purple horizon.
Nice artwork over there. Looks like those 3Dmarks image. I wonder could it be improved by using more colors?
Nice topic you have started.
