  1. Yes yes yes Diane. shift some of the weight off your back. If you do less, your health and energy levels will improve and you will not regret it. Just don’t fill in any of the time you get or use that extra energy. You don’t have to work at maximum all the time. Yay for you. Hope you get some insights and work out what you really want/ have to do and what you can just leave alone. Good luck with that.
