Pet Monologues & AWE Prep
This image is for the Pet Monologues which is the blog which I directed you to showing that incredible video about the lion hugging the woman who rescued him. Also they highlight art, poems and more that showcase animals every week. You can see there blog here. And this is the post for this particular challenge. I hope you enjoy the images there!! Here is a cool post about a Dog Beach – check it out! Anyone can join in this fun here too!! They put up a few of the images and then have links to the rest of the sites … perhaps you will feel moved to participate!

I have my printing done for the AWE Project. Now Susan puts most of the frames together, I made sure they are square and put on the wire. I have to make my own bio for the windows, find the other artists to see if they are wanting me to print and laminate theirs (since I coordinate this project), and then write a press release. I am tired just thinking about all this. Somewhere rest HAS to fit in here.

This is completely adorable!!!
Diane, come pick up the Blog of Distinction Award over at my place.
I would love to see my puppy in a similar piece!
Diane – you are sounding tired and distracted.
Are you sure you don’t push yourself too hard?
How come you end up with so much to do? Are you one of those people who puts their hand up at meetings and says ‘I can’ when no-one else has volunteered? Just so the work gets done?
I used to be one of those until I got so exhausted and then I realised that either no-one is that bothered, so why get involved? or someone else can put their hand up sometimes. I realised that people would wait to see if I volunteered first – for an easy life and didn’t necessarily really appreciate it that they could always depend on me to get things done.
Rest, for goodness sakes, rest and take care of your health.
We’ll post links to sites that have Wednesday (plus or minus a few days) submissions of their chosen animal artwork. “Art is not a mirror held up to reality, but a hammer with which to shape it.â€â€”Bertolt Brecht
You do well to be taking on so many things when you have not been well. Glad, though, that you are feeling better.
