  1. Hi Diane,

I love this piece, and the words you are using here. I am glad you have still joy to work with today. I know I’ll be influenced by your words as I go through my day. Beautiful!!

Please come by to see my post from yesterday. I linked to you, because I am writing about the Blogger’s Choice Awards, and asking all the art bloggers to write asking for ART as a category for next time. I also told them I nominated you and they can vote for you.

I’ll bet we can get Art added as a category if we lobby. I wanted you to know, so maybe we can get people to write and ask. Thanks! 🙂

  2. Still joy is such a mystery to me…Thank you for reminding us of the silent beauty of stillness, sweet joy, and often we forget (oh how I forget!) to stop and really appreciate the little quiet things in our lives.. Thank you for making my day 🙂

  3. You are busy, but manage a post every day and I look forward to it every day, I am so happy about that. I am glad that you also manage to find your joyful center on a regular basis, because isn’t it wonderful when you do? That is my aim in life always and I try to achieve moments like it every day.

I know exactly what you mean by “Still Joy.” In the painting also.

  4. And may you have many moments of still joy in every day you live – I think we feel it more when it is a rush rather than a general feeling of contentment – as an ungrateful species, I guess we only notice things when there is a contrast. those feelings of centred happiness are so precious.
