Safe and 2 Things Challenge — 3 Comments

  1. Diane, I love these totes and what good things to use instead of the plastic/paper that is thrown away. I use totes instead and the clerks don’t seem to mind using these instead.

The 2 things challenge is fattening the pot with donations made to charity, so come on y’all join in the fun. All you have to do is post an artwork on your blog, then go to the 2 things challenge blog and post a comment saying you have done your entry. Then, voila! $10 will be donated to a charity. What an easy way to showcase your artwork and do a good deed at the same time.

  2. Great the way you have advertised the ‘Two Thing’ today. Love the bags, you’ve got the lovely pictures on it and I promise I’m going to get in touch with my pic of Tessa soon. I might take a better one, as you can see a plastic chair in the background of the one I took the other day! Trouble is, because of her advanced age she is a bit crotchety and difficult to pose!

Incidentally those bags looks very environmentally friendly and a great substitute for carrier bags, as well as being a whole lot more attractive! We have a bag (but a plain one) a bit like this, and it’s made of hemp, actually from an environmental show.

  3. Hi Bobbie, I am delighted you love these totes!! I think it will get more and more common to use them … some countries you have to.

Hi Beverly, I am eager to see your picture of Tessa! I hope that my newer posts have been helpful in thinking about the picture. Hemp is very good environmentally! Fast growing and good for the earth.

    Thank you!
    ~ Diane
