CafePress Shop Almost Ready!
My CafePress Shop is almost ready for business! I have only a few items up so far but I made decisions about the “look” of the shop. I upgraded to premium – a fairly reasonable $60/year. The other way was just not going to work for me. If you want to take a peek, check out www.cafepress.com/dianeclancy. It will be different (meaning more choices) within a few days.

It is odd … they give you templates to choose from – which many online blogs, stores, etc now do. You can make changes to the templates and also make your own. But in many way hacking someone else’s template is a LOT of work.
They say you can make your own, but there is a whole lot that is a given … not surprising!! But difficult to work with. So I spent hours getting this far … but I pretty much like it. I wanted to try a real light gray for the background of the page … but that didn’t work when I put it in … and at some point I have to know when to give up for now.
This is the digital painting I was telling you about yesterday … usually I like pink better than orange, but in this case I think the orange and rich green are incredibly elegant!! Do you have an opinion? Please share …
Susan is just leaving to go out and take photographs of the new AWE project windows – pretty exciting!! I will show you my other windows soon …

I love the contrast of this image, much more than I think I would if it were pink/magenta/fuschia-ish…vibrant, energetic, dynamic and lively!

Thank you, Sue – wait until you see some of the other ones … I wanted to space them out a little …

I agree, the 2 colors are complementary and give a stronger image. Is this green or teal ? BTW, I was having problems leaving comments on your blog a couple of days ago 🙁
Let’s have a vote … I vote it is teal – how about you?

Strange how these colours change – this morning, they looked completely pink, and this evening, completely orange. Love the movement in it.
Hi Rima,
Did you notice there are two posts? One pink and one orange … that might be the reason … but check it out. Then again, reality IS constantly changing.
