This is one of the graphic design projects that I have worked on - design and layout. I hope others will consider using me as their graphic artist.

He also said being “right” in a conflict is useless behavior. We need to put that tendency behind us and get on with relating to the person in front of us. Creating a relationship, or respecting an existing one, creates the most possibility for responsiveness. When we verbally attack another person, we diminish that possibility.

In the words of one parent who took this course, “Communicating is a lot of work. It’s easier to just boss my kids. I guess I have to decide whether I want obedient kids or responsible kids who feel respected and know how to respect me back.” It’s true: Communicating well and building relationships take much more time and effort than power plays, but is well worth the effort.
